Who operates this website

Credential Grove is powered by Irenix Enterprises LLC.

Information collected

If you join the beta-interest list, we collect your email address, selected professional role, signup date, and the version of the consent you accepted. We use this information to coordinate beta availability and participation. We do not request clinical records or identifiable client information.

Storage and providers

The website and interest-list database use Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes network information to deliver and protect the service. The signup implementation does not intentionally store IP addresses in the interest-list database. Authorized Irenix personnel may access the list to administer the beta. We do not sell this list.

Your choice and retention

Joining is optional. You may reply to any beta email to request removal or deletion of your interest-list record. We retain the record while coordinating beta participation and review retention when beta recruitment ends. No automated emails are currently sent by the signup form.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising trackers or application analytics cookies. Infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect the site.

App data

This notice does not describe the complete privacy practices of a future released app. The linked development preview is a separate service. Use test records there.
